Travis Barker is back on the road — and Kourtney Kardashian is missing her man.

Almost two weeks after Kardashian, 44, was rushed to the hospital for “emergency fetal surgery” to save her baby’s life, her rockstar husband is back on tour with Blink-182.

“I miss my husband 🥹,” the Lemme founder posted on her Instagram Story alongside an impressive video of Barker, 47, at the drums.

The musician reposted the clip to his own Instagram Story and responded, “I miss you my wife.”

On Sept. 1, Barker rushed home to be by his wife’s side for what the band called an “urgent family matter” in a statement shared to Instagram.

They postponed several dates of their European tour, including stops in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin, in order for Barker to return home. By the following Friday, the band’s tour had resumed in Antwerp, Belgium.

"God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well," Barker wrote in an update shared on X (formerly known as Twitter). "I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."

Barker and Kardashian — who wed three times in 2022: once in Las Vegas, once at a courthouse in Santa Barbara and then in a lavish ceremony in Italy — announced in June that they are expecting their first child together. They later revealed that they are expecting a baby boy.

On Sept. 6, Kardashian shared an update on Instagram regarding her baby. She revealed that she had been “rush[ed] into urgent fetal surgery,” and thanked her husband, her mother Kris Jenner and her doctors for their support.

“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,” she wrote on Instagram.

"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” Kardashian continued. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."

She ended the post, “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍.”

A source told PEOPLE that Kardashian "was very scared after finding out that her baby needed surgery," but “she is doing okay now.”
