Kevin Hart isn't chickening out of this fight!

On Tuesday, July 23, Peacock released a new trailer for its upcoming heist series, Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist. Based on the acclaimed iHeart true-crime podcast of the same name, the show follows the aftermath of a robbery that took place after Muhammad Ali's historic victory against Jerry Quarry on Oct. 26, 1970.

"When a hustler named Chicken Man (Hart) hosts an afterparty to celebrate the fight with a guest list of the country’s wealthiest, the night ends with the most brazen criminal underworld heist in Atlanta’s history," according to an official synopsis.

"Suspected of masterminding the crime, Chicken Man is hellbent on clearing his name but must convince his old adversary, J.D. Hudson (Don Cheadle), one of the first Black detectives in the city’s desegregated police force, who is tasked with bringing those responsible to justice," the description continues.

"They burned Atlanta to the ground, but Atlanta rose up because the Black folk," Hart's Chicken Man says in the trailer in between flashes of Muhammad Ali's fight. "Atlanta gonna turn them ashes into gold."

Chicken Man muses that the sporting event would create the opportunity for the "perfect hustle" as armed and masked men enter his home and terrorize his guests.

The trailer then transitions into Chicken Man sharing his plans to throw a "party" for the "Black godfather," Frank Moten (Jackson). His wife, Delores (Blake), admits she's unsure about his intentions and pleads that he needs to provide a "legitimate living for this family."

"That's what he is, one that can put you on top and I feel it for us," he assures her before opening up about throwing a "Black Vegas" themed party with "gambling, liquor, women."

But before he can proceed, Chicken Man needs to "reach out to the Council of all the top Black bosses across the nation."

As the fight inches closer, the city of Atlanta gears up for how the event will change their economy and help showcase it as the "vibrant, inclusive city" that it is.

When the robbers eventually storm Chicken Man's party, he warns them they don't have "any goddamn idea who you're stealing from."

The case eventually "takes on a life of its own" and a vengeful Moten goes on his own investigation.

"Stealing from me? A man of my position, can't have that," he says as he lines up a group of suspected men and shoots them in the night. "Don't nobody f--- with Frank Moten."

When Moten suspects Chicken Man's involvement in the heist, he cries, "They're gonna kill me" before he embarks on a quest to "clear my name."

"Get ready," he muses over a payphone. "This here's gonna be a night that we never gonna forget."
