During the Tuesday, May 21 finale, the actress/singer, 45, made her debut on the singing competition series by performing one of her original songs. Clad in a stunning gown amid a a stage teeming with flowers, Hudson performed the title track from her debut album Glorious. "It was glorious / Thе times it was the two of us / And if that is all we ever known / Then we'll take it to the end of time / Oh, it was glorious," she sang. "It's like too much to explain... I love music, I've loved music my entire life. It was my first love and I've been writing music my whole life," the Glass Onion actress told the host, 49, adding: "I just thought it was something I'd only have for myself until, like, COVID. And then I was like 'I'll regret not just putting it out in the world.' So I did."
