Jennifer Lopez Shares Sunny Photo Bike Riding in the Hamptons: 'Oh the Places You'll Go'

Jennifer Lopez is continuing her summer getaway in the Hamptons.

The This Is Me ... Now: A Love Story star, 54, shared a glimpse into one of the outdoor activities she has been enjoying as of late on her Instagram Story, posting a photo of a sunny bike ride on July 19.

"Oh the places you'll go ... " she wrote, quoting the title of a popular Dr. Seuss book.

Lopez was previously spotted leaving a gym on July 18, one day after she was seen grabbing a bite and shopping with her longtime manager, Benny Medina.

The actress and singer kept it casual once again in loose-fitting workout pants and white sneakers, carrying a matching long-sleeve top in her arms while showing off her abs below a white bralette. She paired the athleisure look with coordinating square-rimmed sunglasses.

On July 17, Lopez was seen smiling while out and about in the Hamptons with Medina, 66, rocking an all-white ensemble of a fitted tank top and cutoff shorts. She finished the elevated-casual look in sunglasses, silvery hoop earrings, a tan belt, a chunky bracelet and brown flip-flops.

Lopez's wedding ring also appeared visible on her left hand, amid what sources have said is tension in her relationship with husband Ben Affleck.

The two spent their second wedding anniversary on opposite coasts earlier this week, after a source told PEOPLE in June that the pair "don't have any summer plans together" and are "focused on their separate lives" at the moment.

While Lopez has been spending time in New York, including New York City, Affleck, 51, has been in California, where he has stayed for much of the summer due to production on The Accountant 2. Both have continued to wear their wedding rings.

Meanwhile, the Oscar winner's daughter Violet, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, has been spotted on the East Coast within the past week, accompanying Lopez for a bike ride and a Southampton shopping excursion.

Following their quality time together, a source told PEOPLE that Violet, 18, and her stepmother "really enjoy each other's company."

After rekindling their early-2000s romance in 2021, Affleck and Lopez tied the knot during an intimate Las Vegas ceremony in July of the following year. They later celebrated that August at a larger event that included family and friends in Savannah, Georgia.

The time apart amid Lopez and Affleck's second wedding anniversary comes days after they publicly listed their Beverly Hills home on the market, while the Argo actor and director has been living in a rental home in nearby Brentwood.
