Jennifer Aniston Keeps Wearing This Breezy Dress Style and These Fuss-Free Bags — Get the Look from $17

As a picky fashion writer, there are dozens of fashion trends that, truthfully, I’m just not that into. But then there are some that I genuinely could never break up with, two of which Jennifer Aniston keeps wearing.

On July 25, the He’s Just Not That Into You actress hit up a Broadway play in New York City and even made a pit stop behind the curtain to pose with Whoopi Goldberg, Bill Hader, Sara Haines, and some other stars. And her summer-perfect ’fit took a page out of, well, her own playbook. 

She wore a beige midi dress, which is clearly a recent favorite style of hers — though she took a break from her Reformation floral versions. And dangling off her shoulder was a hands-free crossbody bag, which is the same style she carried for another Broadway play earlier in the year and just as functional as the one seen in her Instagram photo last September.

Zesica Spaghetti Strap Midi Dress

If you don’t have a summer dress yet, you’re really missing out. I’m losing track of all the celebrities wearing midi styles — Christie Brinkley, Kate Middleton, Sandra Bullock, and Sarah Jessica Parker are just a few. They are a stylish, fail-safe option for those days when you’re decision-fatigued about what to wear. 

The black trim on this Prettygarden dress makes it even more interesting to look at, while the modest cut allows for a variety of wear: For example, shoppers have worn it for themed parties, church, and engagement photos, so it really runs the gamut. 

Westbronco Crossbody Bag

Crossbody bags (heck, anything crossbody) are truly one of my favorite life hacks at this point. I genuinely have more peace of mind when my belongings are tucked away securely in front of me, rather than behind me, and it really does save me the irritation of having to constantly pull a big bag off my shoulder, dig through it to find what I’m looking for, and then make sure it’s in a comfortable position again once I’m done. 

Aniston’s looked like it was beige with bits of brown, similar to this one from Westbronco. And even with all of its pockets and space, “It is not heavy or uncomfortable to wear as a crossbody,” said one shopper. 

Cushionaire Cora Flip-Flop Sandal

Though she’s a fan of chunky sneakers, Aniston wore a pair of flip-flops to complete her look this time around. No frills and super simple, the shoes also reminded me of Jennifer Lopez’s. The conclusion here? If two famous Jennifers are wearing this low-key shoe style, you best believe, I’m adding them into my outfit blueprints, too.
