Hilary Duff Cuddles Her Newborn Baby Girl Townes in Cute Photo: ‘Townsie Gahhh’

Hilary Duff is loving her newborn baby bubble!

On Tuesday, May 7, the How I Met Your Father star 36, shared an adorable photo on her Instagram Stories showing herself cuddling her baby girl Townes, whom she and husband Matthew Koma welcomed on Friday, May 3.

Duff cradled the newborn on her chest in the sweet snap while looking up and smiling. "Townsie gahhh," she wrote over the image.

Duff's post came a few hours after she announced she'd welcomed her fourth baby on Instagram. Sharing photos of her home water birth, she captioned the post, "Townes Meadow Bair 🧸 , now we know why she made us wait so long… She was perfecting those Cheeks!"

"I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty," Duff added.

Duff and Koma, 36, who tied the knot in 2019, also share daughters Mae James, 3, and Banks Violet, 5, together. Duff is also mom to son Luca Cruz, 12, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.

Last month, the Lizzie McGuire alum shared multiple photos on Instagram of her family of five ahed of welcoming their new addition. "Some random pics of the 5 of us before that changes foreverrrrr," she captioned the post.

Days before sharing the images, Duff posted a message on her Instagram Stories revealing she would no longer be responding to texts or DMs about "when baby is coming."

"I know everyone is checking in with love and humor, however, trust me...nobody wants it more than me!!!!! Babies come when they are ready. I am trying my best to be patient!" she wrote. "The days are long and uncomfortable. Promise I will let you know. ❤️."

Duff confirmed she and Koma were expecting their third child together via their family Christmas card, which featured a photo of her cradling her stomach in December 2023.

"So much for silent nights. Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew," the front of the card read, while the back stated, "Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch!"
