Hailey Bieber Posts 'Weird Barbie' Throwback Pic in Fun Nod to Kate McKinnon's Movie Role

Hailey Baldwin Bieber is channeling Weird Barbie!

The model, 26, shared a throwback photo of herself as a child on Monday as she branded herself “Weird Barbie” in a hilarious reference to Kate McKinnon’s character from the Barbie movie. 

In the Instagram Story snap, Hailey sported an uneven choppy hairdo exactly like the comical style worn by McKinnon, 39, as Weird Barbie — minus the colorful streaks in her hair — as she posed for what appeared to be a school photo.

The Rhode founder’s resemblance to the character was uncanny as she flashed an eager smile while outfitted in a striped dress and cardigan.

Hailey posted another throwback image of her rocking the same look as she sat with school friends, holding up a sign while flashing another big smile at the camera.

Weird Barbie is a supporting character in the Greta Gerwig-directed Barbie film, who offers advice to Stereotypical Barbie (Margot Robbie) and the other residents of Barbie Land.

McKinnon discussed the process behind creating the look for Weird Barbie, whose face is covered in marker, back in July. 

“A lot of discussions went into the placement of like, ‘Where does the marker go on your face?’ and ‘What is the shape of the squiggle?’ and ‘How chopped is the hair?’ " the actress said on Good Morning America at the time.

“It's based on the Barbie that I think we all had where you'd cut the hair off and burn the clothes and draw on it,” McKinnon explained. “Actually, a lot of thought goes into all of those elements, and so it was very exciting to work on that look.”

Hailey's latest Instagram posts come after she attended Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party at Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, on Friday.

The model was pictured arriving at the bash along with fellow guests Kimora Lee Simmons, Lauren Sánchez and Ivanka Trump. Kim's sisters Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner also attended, as well as their mom, Kris Jenner.

Earlier in the day, Hailey and husband Justin Bieber posted footage of themselves holding a baby on Instagram. Hailey uploaded a short clip to her Story of herself with Justin, 29, and little Lava Louise, the daughter of their friends Kelia Moniz Termini and Joe Termini.

In the clip, the pair cozied up to the cute baby as they smiled at the camera, while Justin planted a couple of kisses on Lava's head.
