Grey's Anatomy: Jo Snaps on Link When His Primary Concern About Expecting Twins Is Getting a Minivan (Exclusive)

In PEOPLE's exclusive look at this week's 'Grey's Anatomy', Jo loses her cool when her boyfriend Link is preoccupied with getting a minivan as she navigates pregnancy symptoms

Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) is still reeling from the news of being pregnant with twins.

In PEOPLE's exclusive preview of the Oct. 23 episode of Grey's Anatomy, Jo and her boyfriend Atticus "Link" Lincoln (Chris Carmack) are coming to terms with the reality of adding two babies to their brood, which also includes her daughter Luna and his and Amelia Shepherd’s (Caterina Scorsone) son, Scout.

“We are never going to fit four car seats in either of our cars. Are we gonna have to get a minivan?” Link asks.

But Jo has bigger worries on her mind as she deals with balancing her pregnancy and working at Grey Sloan Memorial.

“You know what's transporting those babies right now? Me!” she snaps at Link.

“Every horrible pregnancy symptom, double it, twice the reflex, the weight gain, the exhaustion,” she continues. “And then after all that, I'm gonna return to work, delivering other people's babies, taking care of not one, but two newborns, but sure,  by all means, you go test drive minivans!”

Jo’s outburst comes after it was revealed on the Oct. 17 episode of the hit ABC medical drama that the pair are expecting twins, which they discovered when Link performed an ultrasound on his girlfriend.

“There’s our baby and there’s the heartbeat,” Jo exclaimed.

However, the mood quickly changed as Link took a closer look, Jo said, “You don’t see, do you? See it right there?”

“And, also there,” Link responded as Jo popped up on the examination table with a shocked expression on her face.

“Oh my god!” she said before they said together, “Twins.”
