The supermodel is stomping the sidewalks — rain or shine — in the Big Apple to promote her new cookbook. On Wednesday, Bündchen stepped out in a belted white turtleneck sweater dress with a camel-colored coat worn over top. She completed the look with chic boots and a denim bag. She wore a black turtleneck, midi-length denim skirt, tall black boots and a brown coat over it all. "People are always asking me what I eat and how I stay fit. Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle," she wrote on Instagram when she announced the cookbook. The recipes in her book include those from her family that are both healthy and hearty that she shares with her kids and that have been passed down to her. The Gaia Herbs Wellness Ambassador has been focusing on her own health lately and wanted to share that journey more widely, which she is doing with her cookbook. But beyond just eating better, she told PEOPLE in September that mindfulness is how she's also upped her own wellness. ”Sometimes, we can get so disconnected from our bodies because we are running away from ourselves, so we just keep adding more things for us to do,” she shared. “It's like taking a step back and observing it like a movie, the situation happening. And even though you feel the emotions, you're not attached to them. It's not attaching to the emotions, it's observing them. And when you observe them, you can take this little step of separation. It can allow you to take a breath and come in from a place where it's not reactive, but it's more proactive. You're like, okay, let me assess.” Close
