Though Emily Gilmore is a proud supporter of her granddaughter Rory Gilmore, actress Kelly Bishop still has her favorites when it comes to her fictional grandchild's suitors.

In a TikTok video posted by Gallery Books on Sept. 1, the Gilmore Girls alum, 80, got candid about which of her onscreen granddaughter Rory's (Alexis Bledel) boyfriends she liked the most.

When an interviewer off-screen asked, "Are you team Logan (Matt Czuchry), team Jess (Milo Ventimiglia) or team Dean (Jared Padalecki)?" Bishop answered, "Well, I have to admit I'm team Logan. Although, I really love the other two."

"There was something about Logan," she continued with a reminiscent smile. "There's something about his acting that I particularly liked in working with him."

"He had a very manly quality, where the other guys were like, boys — great boys but Logan was like an old movie star like a man," she added.

Gilmore Girls ran from 2000 to 2007 for seven seasons on The CW. In the beloved series, Logan, the son of the influential and wealthy newspaper magnate Mitchum Huntzberger, met Rory during her freshman year at Yale. Logan later proposed to Rory in the penultimate episode of the original series, but Rory refused his offer.

In Netflix's 2016 sequel series, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Logan attempted to win her back, despite being engaged to another woman for the sake of the Huntzberger family's dynasty.

Bishop's candid admission about Rory's suitors comes ahead of her upcoming memoir The Third Gilmore Girl. In February, the actress exclusively told PEOPLE that the novel will be published by Gallery Books this fall and include behind-the-scenes stories as well as life lessons that she’s learned from her years in show business.

"From my first steps onto a Broadway stage, to the town of Stars Hollow, I am excited to take my fans along with me through the story of my life,” Bishop wrote in a statement.

Gilmore Girls and Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life are available to stream on Netflix. The Third Gilmore Girl will hit shelves on Sept. 17.
