Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond's Daughter Alex Is All Grown Up! See Her Stunning Senior Photos

The Food Network star's firstborn is just a couple months shy of graduating from college

They grow up so fast!

It may seem like just yesterday that Ree Drummond’s eldest daughter Alex was a teenage ranch hand on her Food Network show The Pioneer Woman, but the star’s 21-year-old daughter is already getting ready to graduate from college.

On Thursday, the proud mom shared all of Alex’s senior photos, which were taken at Kyle Field, the football stadium for her daughter’s soon-to-be alma mater, Texas A&M University.

“Alex will graduate from college in May, and one of her best friends took her senior pics for her. I love all the photos (you can swipe to see others) because they capture my oldest child so perfectly,” the Pioneer Woman wrote alongside the portraits.

In the images, Alex smiles while wearing a white dress — and in one snap, the student even holds the mortarboard she’ll wear on her big day!

However, Drummond does have one snap she prefers over all the others.

“My favorite is the first one: Parked in front of Kyle Field, mowing down a to-go container of Fuego queso. THAT’S MY GIRL!!” she wrote. “Love you, Alex.”

Drummond is also mom to daughter Paige, 19, and sons Bryce, 16, and Todd, 15, with her husband Ladd.

And though one of her daughters may be graduating, her younger daughter Paige is just starting her college journey.

Over the summer, Drummond, who homeschooled all four of her children, shared an emotional Instagram post as she tearfully sent her baby girl to college.

“Red nose, trembling chin, tight throat, aching heart. Leaving your child at college is no picnic. I’ve done it once before and thought maybe this time would be a little easier. I think it’s a little harder,” she wrote, adding that despite her tears, she’s excited for Paige’s next chapter at the University of Arkansas.

“Through all the tears, I see this clearly: What a joy it is to usher her into the next stage of her life. Paige, I’m so grateful to be your mom,” she continued.

While she may be able to see the bright side of things, Drummond is in no hurry for her sons to leave the nest.

As Paige graduated high school last May, the star wrote that although her children “were all tiny cowboys/cowgirls yesterday” her kids “won’t stop graduating from high school.”

Then, she jokingly pleaded with her sons to stop growing up.

“I asked Bryce and Todd to promise me they will never pursue independence, higher education, or any of that nonsense that would one day take them away from their mother,” Drummond wrote. “(They have not gotten back to me yet…)”
