After The Bear star, 46, took home the award for best supporting actor in a comedy series on Sunday, he gave a special shout-out to Taylor Swift and Olivia Colman during his acceptance speech. "I've gotta thank my two special scene partners this year, Olivia Colman and Taylor Swift," Moss-Bachrach told the audience, before thanking his wife, and two daughters for their support. "Congratulations!! 🫶🤭🙏," Swift wrote. Moss-Bachrach's shout-out to the 12-time Grammy winner and The Favourite star, 49, referred to a season 2 episode of the Hulu comedy series in which his character, Richie, tried to score highly-coveted Swift tickets for his daughter and ex-wife. While he acquired the tickets, Richie discovered his ex got engaged to someone else. But it wasn't all doom and gloom. The episode spawned a fan-favorite scene where the rough around the edges character belting out Swift's "Love Story" on his drive home. That same episode also featured Colman as Chef Terry — the woman leading Richie's week-long training retreat at one of the world's best restaurants. "This is such a privilege to play this part," he said. "Really beautiful experience to take this man kind of from a tough place into the light. It's not often you get to do that — to play joy. And it's been a really wonderful, special, special experience for me." Kevin Winter/Getty The Bear is up for four categories at the Emmy Awards on Monday night, following its hot streak at the Golden Globes (Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri took home prizes in their categories, and the show won for best comedy or musical series) and Critics' Choice Awards (with nods for the show itself, as well as Edebiri, 28, White, 32, and Bachrach in their acting categories). The Bear is one of Hulu's latest smash hits, and has already been renewed for season 3. Series lead White recently told Variety that the next season is set to begin filming in February or March. Close
