Last week, the HGTV star shared an Instagram slideshow chock-full of stellar outfit inspiration, aptly captioned, “Life Lately 💟.” While there was no shortage of noteworthy ensembles included in the post, one look in particular — a black-and-white workout dress styled with white sneakers — really caught my eye. 

Workout dresses are great for those who are constantly on the go thanks to their comfortable fit and polished look, and they can easily be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. “I feel invincible in this set,” one shopper enthused. “It’s fun [to wear when] meeting girlfriends for a stroller walk, playing pickleball with my husband, and running errands after the gym.”
