Are they or aren’t they?

Amber Rose and Machine Gun Kelly sparked relationship rumors after they exchanged some PDA at the airport when the rapper picked Rose up from a recent trip to London.

And it turns out the rumors are true, as the Cleveland rapper (né Culson Baker) confirmed recently.

During a Tuesday AOL Build interview about his new single and music video “A Little More” with PEOPLE’s Jeff Nelson, an audience member hinted at the whispers, asking MGK: “Is there anything you want to confirm or dispel that the tabloids have put out right now?”

The rapper’s response: “What are you talking about – with Amber?” clamming up a bit before coyly telling the cheering audience, “Ya’ll know what’s up!”

And the week before, during a sit-down with New York’s Hot 97, the super-private Kelly, 25, openly discussed their relationship.

“Everything was completely natural; it wasn’t anything that I had expected or had planned or anything like that. You know, when the universe throws something your way or things happen, I’m one of those people who goes with it, and I don’t fight it,” he said.

Still, the rapper added, it’s been tough to adjust to dating someone in the headlines. “I had no idea what came with that and it would be a lie if it’s not like a struggle every day coping with that fact that it is one of the most anti-spotlight people ever and one of the most in-the-spotlight people, or whatever. It’s one of those things where it makes you rethink this whole fame thing again.”

Rose, 31, previously famously dated Kanye West before marrying Wiz Khalifa in 2013. They welcomed a son the same year, before splitting last fall. Kelly and his ex welcomed a daughter in 2008.
