In November 2024 when Fox announced she was welcoming her first child with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, Sharna Burgess, who is engaged to Fox's ex Brian Austin Green, reposted the announcement on her own Instagram Story along with the message, “Welcome little one, we are all so excited to meet you ❤️ Congratulations Mama x.”

Fox also shares children Noah, Bodhi, and Journey with Green while Burgess and Green, now engaged, share one child together, son Zane. Green also has a son, Kassius, from a previous relationship.

The Jennifer's Body has also shown support for ex Green's relationship with Burgess in July 2021.

Fox said she's "grateful" for Burgess after Green posted a photo of himself and the Dancing with the Stars pro kissing during their visit to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom.

"It's been a really long time since I've been with someone I can truly share life with," Green captioned the shot, to which Burgess replied in the comments section, "There's no one else I could ever imagine sharing it with. I love you."
