Caitlyn Smith and Rollie Gaalswyk officially have a family of five!

The "I Can't" singer, 36, and her husband have welcomed their third baby together, son Jacob Roland, on Sunday, Nov. 26, joining big brothers Lewis James, 4, and Thomas Miles, 7.

Posting a carousel of photos on Instagram, the newly minted mom of three posed with her baby boy in the hospital, sharing that she'd experienced a water birth.

"Welcome to the world, JACOB ROLAND GAALSWYK! 🤍 We are over the moon excited and so grateful that you’re finally here!" Smith wrote in her caption.

"Our little 7lb. 4oz angel was born on 11/26/23 - turning us into a family of 5! Tom and Louie are so excited about their new baby brother. I’m so thankful for our incredible birth team… because of their amazing care and support, I was able to have a successful VBA2C (via waterbirth!) which was an incredibly redemptive birth experience. God is so good and I am beyond grateful."

"We love you, Jacob Roland! 🤍," she concluded her post.

The country singer first shared news of her third little one on the way on the red carpet of the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards, where she was nominated for new female artist of the year.

"It's kind of a busy year, but I'm definitely gonna take some breaks and put up my feet while I can since I'm cookin' baby No. 3!" she told PEOPLE on the red carpet. "I haven't nested quite yet. I do have a cleaning bug, though — I'm kind of cleaning everything."

Smith spoke to PEOPLE about life with her two sons in 2020, describing how becoming a mom shifted her perspective on her life and career.

"I really had to sit down and do a lot of work, as I like to say, where, I realized, 'OK, you're a mom now, you're going to be a mom of two and to be a great mom, you have to be a great person,'" she said. "So I did a lot of reading, a lot of meditating, a lot of therapy to really just go on this journey of trying to become the best version of myself and get rid of the stuff that doesn't serve me or my husband or my kids."
