  • She joined PEOPLE as an Editorial Assistant in 2022, providing administrative support to the Editor-in-Chief and writing content for both print and digital platforms.
  • Prior to PEOPLE, Lizzie was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and interned at NBC and The Hill.

Experience

Lizzie has three years of experience as a journalist including writing, reporting and production, and has worked at PEOPLE since 2022. At PEOPLE, Lizzie provides administrative support to the Editor-in-Chief, covers red carpets and events as a reporter and writes content across all verticals for both print and digital platforms.


Before joining PEOPLE, Lizzie was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in La Rioja, Spain and worked as an intern for NBC and The Hill, covering breaking news and politics. 


Lizzie graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in American Studies and Journalism. She received her Master of Science in Journalism degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
