Christina Haack's Ex Ant Anstead Tags Her in Instagram Stories After Re-Following Her Post Divorce

Christina Haack (formerly Hall) and ex-husband Ant Anstead hit another milestone in their blossoming social media friendship.

The British automotive expert, 45, shared a photo of his 5-year-old son Hudson, whom he shares with Haack, after a successful soccer practice on Saturday, Oct. 19. 

In the sweet snap shared to Anstead’s Instagram Stories, Hudson is all smiles as he stands next to his teammates and coach. 

“The ‘Golden Chameleon’s’ crushed it this morning,” the proud dad captioned the post.

Anstead tagged Haack’s Instagram handle in the post. Haack then returned her ex-husband’s friendly gesture by sharing the photo to her Instagram Stories.

The exes, who were married from 2018 to 2021, welcomed Hudson in September 2019 before they split. 

Anstead and Haack have been engaging in a number of amicable exchanges following the designer's split from her third husband Josh Hall in July.

Haack liked another one of Anstead’s recent Instagram posts featuring a carousel of photos of their son in Laguna Beach, Calif on Oct. 17. 

“Just Laguna Beach doing Laguna Beach things….. x,” he captioned the slides of their son playing in the sand. In the last photo, Hudson is seen giving his dad a sweet hug as he has a big smile on his face.

Haack previously opened up about her decision to follow her ex-husband on Instagram again while talking to Backgrid on July 31.

“Ant and I share Hudson... and I feel like he deserves to have us get along,” she said at the time.

The gesture was a turning point in their relationship post divorce, especially after their heated custody battle involving their son. 

Though they reached a custody agreement that granted them both joint legal and physical custody of Hudson in December 2022, they only recently started interacting publicly again on social media. Anstead appears to have followed Haack back on Instagram as of Oct. 19.

Haack’s evolving relationship with Anstead comes in the midst of her ongoing divorce from her estranged third husband Josh Hall. In addition to Hall and Anstead, the HGTV star was first married to Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9.

Hall officially filed for divorce on July 15 after nearly three years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" and requesting spousal support from Haack. The HGTV star responded with her own legal filing on July 24, which asked that neither be allowed to ask for spousal support.

Most recently, Hall made a rare public statement addressing the claim that he requested $65,000 in spousal support from Haack on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
