Kelli Giddish's 3 Children: All About Sons Ludo, Charlie and Oldie

Kelli Giddish is a boy mom to her three sons: Ludo, Charlie and Oldie.

The actress, who plays Amanda Rollins on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, shares her oldest two kids, Ludo and Charlie, with her ex-husband, Lawrence Faulborn, and her youngest child, Oldie, with her second husband, Beau Richards.

Giddish's pregnancies were written into Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Speaking to PEOPLE at a celebration for the 25th anniversary of the NBC legal drama in January 2024, Giddish said, “My husband is like, ‘I'm thinking it might be a record that one actress has had three babies on one show.’ ”

The actress called the support she received from the TV crew “amazing.” She added, "They were all there to love and support me and I was breastfeeding on set and it just worked seamlessly.”

Ludo Faulborn, 9

Giddish and her first husband, Faulborn, welcomed their son, Ludo Faulborn, on Oct. 5, 2015.

Ice-T celebrated the arrival of his SVU costar’s first child with a photo on X (formerly Twitter) showing his wife, Coco Austin, holding baby Ludo next to Giddish. “At the hospital with the newest SVU member 'Ludo' Congrats @TheKelliGiddish and Larry,” he wrote alongside the image.

Although Ice-T was joking about the infant's involvement in their hit show, Ludo actually did end up working with his mom on SVU. Giddish’s son played her on-screen daughter on SVU — something she first discussed with her mom and husband.

"I was like, 'Am I pimping my child out?' And they were like, 'No! That will be such a cool thing when he gets older, he'll have been on Law & Order.' I was like, 'Yeah as a girl,’ ” she recalled to E! News in 2016.

Giddish continued, "I'm sure he's going to love that when he gets old enough to realize. He's going to be like, 'Oh, thanks for the pink bow on national television, mom.' "

At the time, she gushed that it was a "pure joy" and “really comforting to be able to have” Ludo by her side on set.

Her eldest, who Giddish has referred to as “my little ginger” on Instagram, is quite adventurous. In 2017, Ludo went paddleboarding for the first time with his mom. Sharing a picture from the outing, Giddish wrote, “1st time paddleboarder @rinconpaddleboards #welovefloaties #mylittleginger.”

Charlie Ralph Faulborn, 6

Giddish and Faulborn welcomed their second child, son Charlie Ralph Faulborn, in November 2018.

Faulborn announced the arrival of their second son with a photo of the newborn’s feet, which he simply captioned, “thefamilyjustgottwofeetbigger.”

As Charlie has gotten older, he's shown off his musical chops. He displayed his harmonica skills in an adorable video with his big brother, Ludo, in 2022. “Short jam,” Giddish wrote in the caption.

The two brothers starred in another sweet video in 2023, featuring Ludo and Charlie’s shadows dancing in front of trees. One child could be heard saying, "It’s a dance fight, Mom. Look!"

Oldie Richards, 1

Giddish and her second husband, Richards, welcomed their son, Oldie Richards, on June 20, 2023.

The All My Children alum shared the news on Instagram later that September with a photo of the baby boy sandwiched between his mom and dad.

"My husband and I welcomed Oldie Richards on June 20th and we are so in love and so very grateful,” Giddish wrote. “Oldie- you’ve brought immeasurable JOY to me and your daddy and your two brothers (and your grandparents and aunts and uncles!)."

She continued, “You wake up smiling and the light you bring to each moment is truly incredible.”

O, as he is nicknamed by his dad on Instagram, celebrated his first birthday in 2024. Richards marked his son’s big day with a photo of Oldie sitting in a highchair with cake on his face and hands.

“This first trip around the sun with you O has been nothing but magic! you bring smiles for all and I love every little bit of you!!! happy bday son... O’s saying thank you cake gods aka @kelligiddish for making this delicious cake!!!” Richards captioned the post.

The proud dad has shared many precious videos of his son, including one of him pushing a basket at a market in a Giants jersey and another of Oldie dancing with a remote. Under the latter, Richards penned, “This is what happens when you ask o for the clicker... #dance.”
