For centuries, humanity has chased happiness. We strive for success, accumulate possessions, and yearn for external validation. Yet, an emptiness remains. Perhaps, the ancient wisdom of the Vedas offers a relatable perspective: true happiness isn't found "out there," but within. It is well explained in this verse “चित्ते प्रसन्ने भुवनं प्रसन्नं चित्ते विषण्णे भुवनं विषण्णम्। अतोऽभिलाषो यदि ते सुखे स्यात् चित्तप्रसादे प्रथमं यतस्व॥“ which means – “𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺. 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵.”

As we delve into the mysteries of inner peace, we must first understand the power of intention. The Law of Attraction, as popularized in "The Secret," reminds us that our thoughts & emotions have the power to shape our reality. By focusing on what we want, rather than what we don't want, we can attract positivity and abundance into our lives. In Bhagavad Gita, Arjun says to Lord Krishna, “हे कृष्ण! क्योंकि मन अति चंचल, अशांत, हठी और बलवान है। मुझे वायु की अपेक्षा मन को वश में करना अत्यंत कठिन लगता है।“
