Overview:
Join our team as a Camp Counselor and make a positive impact on the lives of children in a fun and engaging Christian environment.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for mentoring children to create memorable experiences at our summer camp.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage campers in various activities including basic gymnastics skills, active games, arts and crafts, open gym time and off site field trips.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Provide guidance, support, and positive reinforcement to campers
- Assist in organizing and leading group activities
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
Experience:
- Experience working with children between 5-12 years is necessary
- Knowledge of basic gymnastics skills is a plus, but not required.
Training is provided.
- Previous experience coaching sports is beneficial
