Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still living together despite divorce
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still living under the same roof amid their divorce.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alums and their four youngest children — Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9 — are all residing in their Georgia mansion, according to court docs obtained by TMZ Monday.
The house went into foreclosure in February after the former Bravolebrities defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they took out for the home in 2016.
Zolciak, 44, denied the estate’s foreclosure status at the time, clapping back at “haters” via Instagram.
“I’m here until I f–king want to move out,” she wrote. “‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”
The scheduled March 7 auction for the Alpharetta home was canceled after Zolciak and Biermann worked out a deal, multiple outlets confirmed that same month.
However, their financial woes reportedly played a factor in their breakup, which Zolciak has been planning “for a long time.”
A source told People on Monday that “the money has been a huge issue” between her and her estranged husband.
“The million-dollar tax [payment] was just way too much pressure on them,” the insider continued, referencing the $1.1 million the duo reportedly owe for unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.
According to TMZ, the pair also owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes for 2018.
Another source claimed to People that Zolciak and Biermann, 37, are “not on good terms” despite “no cheating [happening] on either side.”
The former couple got married in November 2011 after meeting the previous year.

Not only did they welcome Kroy, Kash, Kane and Kaia, but Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s eldest two daughters — Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21 — from previous relationships when they were minors.
Five years before filing for divorce, Zolciak told Fox News that splitting was “not an option.”
“I would never allow a show to impact my marriage in any way,” the singer explained in 2017. “My marriage is definitely first.”
While she has yet to speak out on her split since news broke, other Bravo stars are already chiming in via Instagram.
Bethenny Frankel ranted about “pay[ing] your f–king bills,” while Lala Kent called the “devastating” scandal another reason to stay single.
