Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann battling over custody of kids amid divorce

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are at war over their four minor children amid their divorce.

The former NFL player filed a petition in which he requested “sole legal and physical custody” of his biological kids, Kroy “KJ” Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Biermann, 37, also shares Zolciak’s daughters from her previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom he adopted in 2013.

However, the young women are not named in their adoptive father’s court filing, as they are now both adults.

Zolciak, 44, is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of her four minor children, but she is reportedly willing to allow Biermann visitation rights.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum recently filed for divorce from the former professional linebacker after 11 years of marriage.

She listed her date of separation as April 30, and the split comes as the estranged couple’s financial issues have begun to mount.

Their Georgia mansion also recently went into foreclosure and was put up for auction in February after they defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they had taken out in 2016.

However, the auction was canceled after the pair were able to work out a deal.

Page Six can confirm that Zolciak and Biermann are still living together in their Alpharetta, Ga., estate, as a source tells us they are “under the same roof.”

However, according to the former athlete’s latest petition, he is reportedly also asking for possession of the home and wants his estranged wife to vacate the property.

Zolciak’s rep declined Page Six’s request for comment.
