Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager took to the scales on national television ahead of their pledge to try intermittent fasting. Hoda weighed 158 pounds while Jenna weighed 171 pounds. As they continue their diet journey, they agreed that weigh-ins wouldn’t be a regular thing. “We’re going to weigh ourselves periodically — we don’t know when — but I think just to keep track. I think it is good every now and then even though I hate standing on the scale to find out, like, where you are just to get a benchmark.”
