Demi Lovato thanks BFFs for not leaving her in ‘darkest moments’

Demi Lovato is living her best life with her best friends less than a year after she nearly died of a drug overdose.

The 26-year-old pop star shared a photo of herself with former Disney Channel star Matthew Scott Montgomery and rapper Sirah, and said, “Thank you for never leaving me in my darkest moments, for always drying my tears.”

In the caption, Lovato also shared the lengths her BFFs have gone to be there for her.

“You’ve traveled across the country to visit me and stayed with me at my house for days on end when I’m struggling to make sure I’m okay but most importantly you never abandoned me like others did when I was going through s–t,” she said. “You were there to listen, without judgment and only love and I can never fully express what that means to me.”

Lovato posted another photo of herself in a swimsuit that shows she is currently enjoying a vacation in Bali with her friends.

After she returns from her break, the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer will return to work under new management. On Sunday, Lovato announced she is working with Scooter Braun, who also manages Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.

She said, “Couldn’t be happier, inspired and excited to begin this next chapter.”
