PARTY GIRL IS WINDING DOWN

TARA Reid is taking better care of herself these days. Eyebrows were raised earlier this year when she was booked into events like hosting a Hustler bar party in Australia – or randomly appearing at nightclubs, which perpetuated her party-girl image. Pals of Reid, who’s now focused on her clothing line, Mantra, said she was then being advised by Richard Squire, who was her “booker.” One friend said, “She is no longer working with him.” Squire is also said to work with Nicollette Sheridan and Kim Kardashian. A rep for Reid declined to comment, and Squire couldn’t be reached. But friends say the actress, who has talked openly about her bad plastic surgery and the scars it left, is “in a different place.” Reid is now dating her Mantra partner, Julien Jarmoune, a French fashion designer.
