Kathleen Euler

Kathleen Euler is the associate director of digital communications at the Atlantic Council’s Climate Resilience Center (formerly known as Arsht-Rock). In this role, she manages the strategic direction and development of content for all digital platforms and products. Euler has advanced the center’s work on climate communications, driving work on digital-first reports and major campaigns for high-level events such as the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP).
Euler has held previous positions with the World Affairs Councils of America, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Ford Institute for Human Security, and Acculturation for Justice and Peace Outreach. She has supported gender-responsive work like the Gender Equality in Public Administration initiative, which culminated in a UNDP report that analyzed women’s participation and leadership in public administrations around the world. Euler also served as the Fulbright English teaching assistant in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
Euler holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and a BA in English writing and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
