    Developed the CCED OFM template which covers Daily production, calendar days and producing days, water flooding. The Project was initially budgeted at 25,000$. Later it was developed in-house.

    Developed an Integrated system which would Allow Bankmuscat a dataset access on student information during the Sultan Qaboos Student Registration period. The Application on entry of the Student Id would map the student Information on the bank's customer registration document reducing the tedious element of filling data which is already available in the system. The System helped reduced the Registration time span of the student by 15 minutes and allowed students to received there bank account…

    A gender pay gap is a difference between women’s and men’s earnings, expressed as a percentage of men’s or women's earnings depending on how you would like to hypothesize.
    Worked on the Exploratory Data Analysis on the domain to understand the gap's existence on Pay Grade, Job Position, Function and Age.
    Later Developed a Linear regression model on a hypothesis complimenting the model with features on Pay Grade. The Model could further be developed encompassing more…

  • Peer Comparison - Renumeration

    Developed a weighted Model (complimented with a linear regression) to identify candidates pay against a relevant population. The Model would result in an amount, positive or negative which in return if the candidate was to be awarded, it would not impact the population. The tool developed would also predict a three year pay depending on a static percentage increase.

  • Mean time Between Failure on ESP Pumps

    Developed an Algorithm to Calculate the Mean Time Between Failure for Electrical Submersible Pumps. The Algorithm would calculate each pump and provide a dashboard on overall performance.

  • Document Management System

    Devise a naming convention which will be used to name the student documents.
    Implement a workflow process to scan, name and store the documents for easy access.
    Implement a system which on entry of a student ID would allow access to the student documents
    Restrict access based on SQU standards and Management requirements
    Report the progress of the 1.5 million document to the Dean

    The project Introducing New Ways Of Working and is expected to expand in scale and scope.

    Managing Director Raoul Restucci said: “Virtual and pervasive connections provide us with the opportunity to increase efficiency and effectiveness in how we work, whilst enhancing our employee value proposition.“(However), the pilot is not about technology, but trust, collaboration and effective teamwork, whilst ensuring a supporting and developing environment.”

    The People and Change Director Ibtisam Al Riyami added: “It will also give us a better understanding of the required cultural shift in PDO to enable these working arrangements.”
    The project team - comprised of Corporate Real Estate, IT Infrastructure, Security and HR staff - are working together in close partnership to help ensure that the pilot guidelines and necessary infrastructure support are in place in a secure environment.
