It seems that the influence of American oil companies is evident after the first residential neighborhoods in Dhahran were depleted, and they transferred what they manufactured in America. Perhaps we did not develop a methodology to adapt our traditional cities to our climate conditions and architectural heritage, so we quickly transitioned to a ready-made model. The American and British planning methodologies rely heavily on land management and divisions more than anything else. In contrast, in France, for example, the planning culture leans more towards equality and justice, influenced by leftist movements. In Italy, Greece, and Spain, planning culture tends to highlight the deep historical architectural heritage. In the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany, there is a greater inclination towards integrative and deeply rooted planning approaches.

Saudi Arabia has also seen notable progress, with international investor participation rising from 18 percent in 2020 to 25 percent in 2024, reflecting the Kingdom’s increasing focus on venture capital. African investors’ share of total capital deployment increased from 15 percent in 2021 to 35 percent in 2024. Though if we look and compare global and local practices - they are not enough to protect forests from further deforestation and pollution. According to www.usda.gov fire and fuels, invasive species, loss of open space, and unmanaged outdoor recreation become the major challenges in protecting forests. Based on World Wildlife Fund statistics deforestation and forest degradation are urgent matters when it comes to our world’s forests: about 47% of the world’s forests are at high risk for deforestation or degradation by 2030. The realities of deforestation are staggering; we’re losing forests at a rate equivalent to 27 soccer fields per minute. In Central Asia, my native region, forests play a key role in mitigating all climate risks and providing economic security to local markets. Lack of ecological consciousness and culture, governmental malfunctions, insufficient budgets lead to illegal logging, wildfires and deforestation. The speed of destroying forests has been multiplied by recent pandemic crisis and geopolitical turbulence, forests request our immediate action and attention. During 2018 I studied Tugay ( riparian ) forests in the Balkhash region of Kazakhstan and their impact on building healthy, sustainable eco-food supply chain to help species to retain population. Later in 2021 I linked my research to the problem of wildfires in Siberia and in 2022 I was invited to join an online research cohort to discuss true reasons of deforestation in Central Asian region. Based on my research the energy reserves of water and nutrients on the Earth's surface are unevenly distributed. This is a consequence of the inclination of the earth's axis to the Sun, as well as the general location of continents and oceans. The tilt of the earth's axis is the reason for the unequal illumination of the surface of our planet, the temperature difference in the near-Earth atmosphere, the alternation of days and nights of different duration, the movement of air masses between land and sea and different humidity and precipitation. This heterogeneity led to the development of special forms of plant and animal communities - biomes. The forests are the most saturated with life forms of all biomes.
