🤔 Planning an HR Tech change in 2025? After guiding numerous companies across ANZ through their HR tech selections and implementations, I've learned that success often comes down to what you do BEFORE you start looking at / googling vendors. I've just shared an article about what actually matters when choosing new HR technology - from avoiding the feature trap (those shiny tools you'll never use!) to understanding the real costs beyond just licence fees. Plus some crucial NZ-specific considerations that global advice often misses (yes, macron support / timezones/ date format etc. really matter!) If you're starting to think about HR tech changes for 2025, now is exactly the right time to begin planning. The most common feedback we hear? "I wish we'd known this before we started looking at vendors."
