We're excited to share the story behind the creation of our new values posters, crafted by our talented senior designer, Dan. These posters represent more than just words—they're a visual interpretation of the core values that guide us every day. Dan played a pivotal role in both defining our new values and bringing them to life through art. He explored various styles, including illustration, post-punk, photo collage, and the final choice—Bauhaus-inspired modern art. Norm, our owner, gravitated towards the Bauhaus style for its timeless, abstract aesthetic that can be appreciated for years to come. Dan's approach was to create artwork that evokes the essence of each value without being too literal. He sketched forms and shapes that he felt resonated with each value, allowing room for personal interpretation. The colours were carefully chosen to reflect our vibrant branding and complement our office space, ensuring these pieces not only inspire but also enhance our environment. We’re thrilled with how these unique posters turned out and can’t wait to see how they resonate with our team and visitors.
