⚡ AS1851 Revision Project has been approved by Standards Australia ⚡ Exciting news - Standards Australia has accepted the proposal to revise AS1851 Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment. This standard has not had a revision since Amendment 1 was released in 2016. As part of Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia), The TAC/1 committee has been collating a list of proposed changes that should be taken into consideration for the revised standard. We will now commence the process of consolidating and reviewing submissions to assist the FP001 Committee to draft the next version of AS1851. At Wormald, our unwavering dedication lies in advancing industry standards and fostering innovation. To this end, we have appointed several experts to serve as representatives on various technical committees. Their purpose is to actively contribute to the enhancement of fire protection standards, ensuring a more secure future for all.
