As we head into the holidays, we want to take a moment to share some magic. 🪄 Last year, the Auror CS team kicked off its first regional holiday reporting challenge with some of our retail partners. It went so well, we launched another challenge this year, led by Kat Rubner. Throughout the month of December, partners could "unwrap" a challenge to test their skills with an Auror riddle. During the first week, a few of our partners reached out to share they look forward to the challenge videos and the hard work behind the scenes to spread holiday cheer while educating on LP reporting. Here's what we heard: "Great job Auror team!! So entertaining and I just enjoy the fun you get to have at work!!" "It's even becoming something I look forward to check daily! Also an awesome way to get quick tips and tricks and screen grabs in front of the stores on how they should be completing events." Internally, we talk about the importance of magical moments. Credit to Kat, Danielle, and our CS team for not only making it happen again this year, but making a point to raise the high bar they set last year with this campaign. Here's a little glimpse into the campaign, featuring our very own Aurors. 👀 🎁 Happy Holidays! #retail #retailcrime

🎉💥 2024: What. A. Year. 💥🎉 As we near the end of an extraordinary 2024 at Auror, I can’t help but reflect on what a monumental journey it’s been. Together with our incredible retail partners, dedicated police teams, and energised Aurors, you've achieved some truly fantastic results in keeping communities safe across the UK and beyond. 🌍🛡️ From sweeping the sheds to celebrating wins, this year has shown what it means to be a high-performing team. 🎯 A special shoutout to the Auror UK team for your exceptional efforts this year. Your energy is infectious & your commitment and teamwork have made a real difference. From helping 5 new national retailers get ready to join the Auror community after Christmas, to working with a national retailer who just rolled out across the UK in under TWO weeks - you continue to set the bar sky-high. 🚀 As we close out 2024 and prepare for an even brighter 2025, I just want to say thank you. To every one of you in the Auror community, thank you for making communities safer places for all. The only way to wrap up 2024: a cheeky half marathon with the Auror crew. We're not a family; we're a high-performing team - but sometimes, it feels like one.

There is so much to be proud of! Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and congratulations to all the Supreme Hero Award finalists and winners. Our deepest gratitude to everyone in our community for coming on this journey with us 💛 Take a look back on the event and relive the highlights in our latest article: https://lnkd.in/ezTPUT2E #retailcrime #ORC #lossprevention

Last week, Auror attended the Senior Women in Policing event in Oxford—a gathering of incredible leaders driving positive change in policing and community safety. We were proud to sponsor the drinks reception, where our Director of Law Enforcement Partnerships, Paul Fagg, addressed attendees. Paul shared real stories about women affected by retail crime and highlighted how Auror and law enforcement have worked together to create safer communities. Here’s to celebrating the achievements of women in policing. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible! 💛 #WomenInPolicing #Leadership #Partnerships #CommunitySafety #RetailCrime

Operation Purchase In Action... It was a pleasure to be joined today by Stewart Codling, officers from Thames Valley Police, our partners Katherine Rubner & Paul Fagg from Team Auror and our guards from Lodge Service on a Berkshire Retail-Crime Roadshow. Hosted by our inspirational Berkshire bp retail teams, we visited several sites to discuss how we can work better together and leverage the technology within the Auror platform to generate, store and provide best evidence. The dedication and willingness of our teams to report and help reduce crime has been the key enabler for the excellent results we have seen recently across UK Mobility and Convenience. A repeat aggressive offender in the United Kingdom has been arrested thanks to retailer and law enforcement use of Auror Investigate. The offender was involved in 28 events reported in Auror, worth over £18.2K in loss. This was part of an investigation between the retailer and local police that lasted a year and a half. The person was recognised when next in-store, and the retailer immediately notified police, who made the arrest on-site. ✅ Region: United Kingdom ✅ Outcome: Repeat aggressive offender arrested ✅ Impact: Involved in 28 events worth £18.2K+ in reported loss ✅ Key solution: Auror Investigate #retailcrime #orc

Extremely proud of Operation Synergy taking out the Law Enforcement Innovator Award 🏆. The operation wouldn't have been successful without: ➡️ the amazing team at Hobart Division, your dedication, hard work and commitment have been key to achieving this milestone, ➡️ the incredible retail partners involved in the operation, and ➡️ Auror, for all the support to facilitate this nation leading initiative. Bring on 2025 and the next innovation! 🚀
Retailers are focused on the safety of their teams, customers and communities first and foremost - its their top priority. In Australia, we recently hosted a full day for retailers, police from across Australia, and our Auror team, to collaborate on moving forward together to address violent retail crime in our communities. Thanks to the Australian retailer community and Victoria Police, NSW Police, and Tasmania Police for joining and making this such an inspiring day. It was also exciting for me to share some of the new technology we are working on to empower frontline retail workers and police! We then took time in the evening to celebrate the loss prevention champions in our community - those who are going above and beyond and recognised by their peers across the industry. A special shout out to our winners: The Reject Shop - Retail Newcomer of the Year Amelia Adey - Up and Coming in Loss Prevention Jennifer Locke - Law Enforcement Champion Viva Energy Australia - Fuelling Innovation Andrew Wolf - Loss Prevention Hero of the Year Operation Synergy - Law Enforcement Innovator Myer - Outstanding Impact in Retail

Auror was proud to sponsor the SWiP Conference 2024 last week. It was a great event that discussed so many important topics and celebrated women in policing. Two key takeaways from me: 1. Police love Auror socks 2. Crime intelligence on Auror helps to solve more than retail crime and includes Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and other safeguarding crime We look forward to supporting again next year.
