YouTuber reviewing Logan Paul, MrBeast’s Lunchly pizza shocked by ‘disgusting’ discovery: ‘This is not safe’

YouTube personalities Logan Paul, MrBeast and KSI recently created what they called a “healthier” alternative to Kraft Heinz’s beloved Lunchables — but another content creator is giving a pizza her mind.

YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has branded Lunchly, which advertises a “groundbreaking new better-for-you lunch option,” as “disgusting” after allegedly discovering mold in the cheese part of their product The Pizza.

In an early promo for the brand, MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, claimed that “our pizza uses real cheese,” and The Pizza ingredients listed include low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese, as well as pizza crust, sauce and uncured pork pepperoni.

But when Pansino reviewed the food, she found that the Lunchly pizza cheese was moldy — despite being far away from the expiration date — sharing on X: “This is disgusting.”

“I was filming a video comparing Lunchables to Lunchly and was shocked when I opened ‘The Pizza’ Lunchly. The cheese had MOLD!” she shared.

“The expiration date was still 2 months away! I checked online and found at least a dozen other people posting that their Lunchly’s were moldy too,” Pansino continued.

Lunchly has three product options: turkey and cheese crackers, nacho chips and salsa, and pizza. Lunchly

She still put the Lunchly together to show her followers what it should look like — and the mold was ever-present.

“‘I like my cheese moldy, bruh!’ 🤢,” she quipped in a post. “What flavor of mold did you guys get?”

“Please be careful everyone. This is not safe and not okay. Especially for children!” Pansino warned.

In a subsequent YouTube video, Pansino explained that the Lunchly products she reviewed on Oct. 16 had a best-by date of Dec. 4, 2024 — so they are “supposed to be good for another two months,” she said.

“This is molded. That’s mold! This is not safe, especially kids that are so young, they might not know what mold looks like so they might just eat it,” she exclaimed. “This is really unhealthy, you should not eat mold. I think it’s a packaging issue, the sealant here feels really cheap. It is not vacuum-tight.”

Her video was initially meant to compare the nutritional value between Lunchly and their rival Lunchables, but the mold made her shift gears.

“I did not fake this. I was honestly going to go over nutritional facts and differences between the two with two physicians’ input and give you healthy alternatives to these things that are still affordable.

“I did not expect this,” Pansino said.

When contacted about the allegations, a Lunchly spokesperson said in a statement to The Post: “All Lunchly products go through a stringent review process to ensure the quality and safety of its products. That process consists of multiple inspections and approvals, including that of the USDA, before any product can even leave the manufacturing facility.”

Lunchly has three product options: turkey and cheese crackers, nacho chips and salsa, and pizza. Each comes with a Prime brand sports drink by Paul and KSI — although hey were recently sued by a manufacturer over claims they reneged on a Prime deal, as well as separately by the U.S. Olympic committee for “blatant” trademark infringement — along with a MrBeast Feastables candy bar made with rice puffs.

When it comes to “The Pizza,” Lunchly’s offering is 12 grams of sugar instead of 20 from Lunchables. There is a small caloric difference, too: Lunchly has 360 compared to 390 from Lunchables.
