2017 Macbook Pro, needs battery - $200 (Cleveland, TN)

2017 Retina display and magic ribbon macbook pro, 15 inch.
It seems like it needs a new battery.
The issue is that the battery was allowed to drain to 0% too often and now it doesn't charge and the computer doesn't turn on.
It also has that "spot light" lightening problem from the bottom of the screen when it does turn on.
Other than that, the keyboard was replaced a year ago so it types very well.
There are some scratches on the screen at the top right.
$200 or best offer.
