I am the only owner and purchased new from Brian’s Guitars (Cheshire, CT).
Light use and has never left my home.
Stored under ideal conditions with consistent temp and humidity.
Includes soft case.
The guitar was professionally setup and plays beautifully.
No modifications have been made from the PRS stock components.
