Here's how you can strengthen relationships with stakeholders using conflict resolution skills.
Offer solutions by working on them and discussing the solutions. Come to the best alternative to negotiated solutions. This creates a win win situation and the feeling of one team for the envisioned common objective.

How can you make your work environment more inclusive and supportive?
1. In work space conflicts do arise when employee resist change processes based on a lack of knowledge, familiarity, skills. One of the ways to resolve, is by providing the knowledge and resources people need. 2. While focusing the issue not the personality alternate options created in negotiation to solve the issue provides space to chose the best option among the negotiated options. 3. To avoid or minimize the work conflicts defining and documenting roles and responsibilities is crucial. Knowing exactly who is responsible, who is accountable, who needs to be consulted, and who must be kept informed at every step reduces conflicts and improves the chances of team success.

How can you make your work environment more inclusive and supportive?
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is also about power dynamics. Caution is needed while forming a team as well, it should not end up inclusion of men and women from powerful groups of society. Inclusion is not bringing people into what already exists; it is making a new space, a better space for everyone. True diversity requires a deeper understanding of each person in a team. Respect diversity in workplace is also to ensure that every employee is given the room to thrive.

The former is reality, the latter our understanding of the same. If the former is to be culture, then the latter may be called only culture construct.”
