Looking for work coming off retirement (Norfolk)

Going back to work SSI check is too small to live on.
I need some help with transportation (Got license) no wheels.
I have training or a certification and work (Roofing and HVAC) in most forms of home improvements.
Painted ,worked on decks in Pungo as well as work in Park Place and Huntersville.
I just enjoy the work not really interested in Contracting.
Have some tools for paint work and toolbelt.
