Our Q1-results are ready:   🔸 The group's profit before tax amounted to 789 MM NOK, up 18% compared to the same period last year. 🔸 Net interest income was 1 941 MM NOK, representing an increase of 163 MM NOK (9%) compared to Q1 2023.   🔸 The Group’s gross outstanding loans to customers ended at 195 747 MM NOK in Q1 2024. This is an increase of 0.4% (864 MM NOK) compared to December 2023.   🔸 Customer deposits amounted to 93 706 MM NOK at end of Q1 2024, representing an increase of 5 160 MM NOK (6%) compared to year end 2023.   The Group has maintained its position as a market leader, including the leadership in private lease financing. This is in no small part due to the strong partnerships we have in the Nordic countries.    The Bank continues to increase its self-funding ratio, with outstanding deposits up 6 per cent compared to the year-end 2023. This highlights both our attractive product offering and our customers’ ability to save money.   During Q1 2024, 41% of all new cars financed by Santander are BEVs (electric vehicles), and 23% are hybrids. Finance penetration for BEVs is higher than for non-BEVs, thanks to the strong partnerships the Group has across the region.   Want to know more? Today we publish Resurs’ report for the second quarter: Resurs Holding Interim Report January-June 2024 – Our intensified focus on Payment Solution continued during the quarter and the collaboration with Jula was successfully launched. Credit loss provisions for the quarter were at a lower level than in Q1, yet remain at a higher level compared with last year. – Reported net profit for the first half of 2024 amounted to SEK 54 million and due to the historically low earnings, the Board has decided not to propose a half-yearly dividend relating to earnings for the first half of 2024. – Resurs is continuing to focus on its core business and is working intensively to update its long-term strategic plan in line with the strategic direction presented in the first quarter. Finnish Healthcare Market Figures May 2024 The #Finnish investment market experienced a slowdown in 2023 due to the sustained rise in interest rates and a shift in the pricing environment. The healthcare investment volume for the last two quarters amounted to €349 million, marking a decrease of 28% year-on-year. The year's final quarter saw larger portfolio deals as open-end real estate funds became more active on the sell side. Notably, eQ’s sold two major care portfolios, totaling €175 million, and the CapMan Social Real Estate fund made its first acquisition, purchasing two kindergartens and a school from HGR Property Partners. Handle everything from one system. The number of systems needed to operate a wealth management firm has grown exponentially in the last few years and it's time for a change.
