🚀 𝐀𝐳𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠 & 𝐎𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐬𝐞𝐧 Schjødt has acted as legal counsel for Azura Partners in relation to the directed share issue and private placement of new shares in Bang & Olufsen A/S, a global luxury lifestyle brand founded in 1925 in Struer, Denmark. The transaction has been structured as a private placement with Carnegie Investment Bank acting as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner. The net proceeds are intended to fund investments to further strengthen Bang & Olufsen’s position in the luxury audio market by increasing global brand awareness, optimising the retail network, and investing in the product portfolio. Through the private placement, a total net proceeds of DKK 228 million have been invested in Bang & Olufsen with Azura Partners Boreale and Dyvig Holdings A/S becoming new major shareholders. 🌟 The Schjødt team consisted of Rasmus Juel Schiøtt, Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen, Adam Sirsjö and Max Buchwald Johansen.
