‘Over the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of working with Tim in a variety of capacities as his roles within Kaspersky changed over the years. If you were to ask me to describe Tim in one word, I would push back on you, but if you insisted, the word that I would come back with is tenacious. During our time working, he was perhaps the single person that I said no to, at times, not the most polite of ways. However, you could never just say no to Tim. He would ask questions as to why a decision was made and what could be done to change an outcome in the future. This is rare in the business world and something that should truly be cherished and embraced. This tenaciousness is the reason that it was always easy to take a call from Tim and be ready to chat on an idea or project. This also helped build the relationship that we have today. His want to do better and answer the questions to the test before they are asked really built a great partnership and was something that I got to see first-hand on with how his team grew and looked to operate and collaborate globally. Tim also is truly a wizard of leveraging social platforms for his business and sales relationships. Before our co-worker time ended, I was in awe of the system that he had set up to not only cultivate a sales funnel using LinkedIn, but actually leveraging the tools in a way that should be a case study for top leaders. I won't give away his secret sauce, but you may want to chat him up on it. Any company or client would be truly lucky to work with Tim.’
