Despite Gen AI's potential to revolutionize workplaces, only 51% trust businesses to use it responsibly. Concerns about deepfakes, misinformation, and data misuse persist. To bridge the trust gap, companies must prioritize data privacy, provide training, and ensure transparent AI practices. ✋Why you need an 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆? 🔥As promised in one of my former posts, we'll be sharing insights on 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 EY etventure's 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 for successful 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 design over the next weeks. 💡It is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 in companies that inhibits innovation. In his great book, Gijsbertus J.J. van Wulfen, mentions 𝟰𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. (https://lnkd.in/dEE32xEw). What's the overlap between AI and organizational transformation? Artificial intelligence (#AI) is advancing rapidly in the #financialsector. Although AI provides substantial opportunities, it also presents risks. On the one hand, it can create better customer service and more personalized products, and offer institutions opportunities to increase their revenues and cut costs. On the other hand, there are risks, including in the areas of #dataquality, #dataprotection, explainability, incorrect results, #discrimination and exclusion, and greater dependence on third parties. #Regulation will need to achieve a good balance between the responsible use of AI on the one hand, and room for innovation on the other.
