AI is my passion. I truly believe that AI is an outstanding technology that can and must be used to help society progress. And that is what I am set to do: I research and develop AI that can support people in having better online discussions, and I enjoy divulging it with videos for lay-people. Furthermore, as actor and former board member of an improvisational theatre association, I learned useful organizational and communication skills. Finally, I love to coach and teach, in particular for the human touch of it.

However it's clear this 'expert' has not been immersed in the fostering sector on the frontline, consulted in any meaningful way with the real mainstream, done a deep dive or understands the industry at all. It feels like a bunch of excuses to externally project the blame for poor retention and recruitment on just about everything except the real reasons. Retention and recruitment will not improve until this industry acknowledges the truth, lets go of their own agenda's and put the children and those who care for them first. PULSE CHECK !!🚨: In response to a shocking incident where two Filipino nurses were attacked during unrest in Sunderland, the Health Secretary has issued a firm warning: anyone who exhibits racism towards NHS staff will be turned away. The nurses, who were on their way to provide emergency cover, were understandably "terrified" by the attack. Wes Streeting has strongly condemned the "mindless thuggery" that has been spreading across Britain, especially following the recent Southport stabbings. As far-right violence has surged in various towns and cities, the safety of NHS workers has come under threat. Streeting’s message is clear—racism against healthcare staff will not be tolerated, and those responsible will face serious consequences. ------ What do you think?
