Transparity Q1 Performance Update As we wrap up Q1 at Transparity I am delighted to share our financial results and some highlights 📊Recurring Revenue Growth +19.4% YoY 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼Consulting Revenue +24% YoY 📈Total Revenue Growth +19.5% YoY 🏆Renewed Azure Expert MSP Status for 3rd time 🥇Renewed 6 x Solution Designations for the 1st time 🙋🏽‍♂️Added 32 new customer logos 🤖Rolled out Copilot for M365, stay tuned and we will share our learnings The market still has a degree of uncertainty in it and is pivoting to more agile, rapid, time-to-value work sprints, versus big projects wrapped up on monolithic commercial terms. There is also a shift and increasing demand for the type of Managed Services that support innovation, or ‘Mode 2’ IT operating models / projects and we remain nimble and innovative as we build these offerings with our customers. We believe this is the new modus operandi of the digitally savvy. Our unrivalled expertise across the Microsoft Cloud continues to support complex organisations who are removing point solutions and picking platforms on which to create data estates that support AI, Machine Learning and automation, secure their business and modernise apps and infrastructure. Spoiler alert, we believe that the Microsoft cloud has unrivalled breadth and is the worlds most trusted cloud platform on which to accomplish your digital goals. Horeca Totaal faced a big challenge with missing handheld scanners, leading to costly delays and equipment loss. But with our Smart Lockers, that’s history! As Dudley Vanquatem, their IT Manager, explains: “This saves us so much time. In figures, we now spend around ten minutes a day, as a team, on the scanners. In the past, we might have spent several days looking for lost scanners, ordering parts, and carrying out repairs.” It’s incredible what the right tech solution can achieve! As we are heading towards the end of 2024, YES time flies when you’re having fun 🤠, let's analyse the contribution of MSPs to cloud growth in the Benelux. MSPs have played a significant role in driving cloud growth in the Benelux region and this is being noted by a Gartner study stating that more than 50% of IT expenditure is directed towards public cloud services in 2024 _ most importantly, the majority of end-users migrating applications to the public cloud seek assistance from MSPs or other third parties. The Benelux public cloud market is experiencing rapid growth, with a projected growth rate of 17.14% from 2024 to 2029, culminating in a market volume of €34.66 billion by 2029. Hereby the usual suspects driving the growth: 🤖 Increased adoption of digital technologies 🎯 Rising awareness of cloud services 🕹️ Convenience offered by online solutions 🎮 Growing need for remote collaboration and data access MSPs are taking a cloud-first approach when making decisions about their clients' technology needs. They are also leveraging cloud-based, integrated software solutions to boost their own profitability by reducing workload and software costs 💶 On a final note, in response to rising costs due to inflation, increasing energy prices, and concerns around sovereignty, MSPs are likely to move away from major hyperscalers and seek refuge in more cost-effective storage solutions closer to home (this is my own assumption, but I was stunned to retrieve similar analysis in a ninjaone article 🫴🏿 https://lnkd.in/eCN34P2A).
