Here are some key takeaways: 1️⃣ The Power of Personal Branding Shola Kaye illuminated the essence of personal branding: how people perceive you when you're not in the room. She introduced the concept of brand archetypes, guiding participants to identify their unique strengths and use them to stand out authentically. 2️⃣ Storytelling as a Branding Superpower Shola also unveiled the power of personal storytelling.   • It's time to get the recognition and reward You deserve! For far too many talented women, the journey to career success feels like an uphill battle. Despite having the skills, experience, and drive, many encounter career plateaus that lead to disengagement and burnout. While this is undeniably a systemic issue, there are ways to overcome it.
