Investment News: Knight Capital invests in property management software company iDWELL We are thrilled to announce a €10 million investment in iDWELL, a leading provider of property management software revolutionizing the real estate industry. Based in Vienna, iDWELL serves over 750 property management companies managing 1.5 million residential units across Germany and Austria. Our investment will help supercharge iDWELL’s growth, particularly in the Netherlands. iDWELL is transforming how property managers operate by digitizing core tasks like communication, financial management and service coordination. We’re proud to partner with Alexander Roth, Anna-Katharina Matzenberger, and their team as they lead the digital transformation of property management in Europe. A big thank you to the iDWELL and Knight Capital teams for their dedication and hard work. Special thanks to Marton Medveczky from Flashpoint Venture Capital and Thilo Schmid and Michael Rambow from Wecken & Cie. - Care4 AG for their great cooperation in closing this deal as well as Thomas Kulnigg and Dominik Tyrybon from Schoenherr Attorneys at Law and Florian Philipp Cvak from Schindler Attorneys for their excellent support. Knight Capital has a strong track record of supporting innovative software companies. Earlier this year, we sold our portfolio company Aaron—a German software provider to thousands of healthcare clinics—to the French healthtech firm Doctolib. Prior to that, we sold our portfolio company Zephr to US software company Zuora (NYSE: ZUO). Our current portfolio in our second fund includes Openclaims (claims management software for insurance companies), Dealroom.co (data intelligence for investors and local governments), Revieve (software for healthcare and beauty companies), Paiger (software for recruiters), Infraspeak (facility management software), Superb (hospitality industry software), Smart Protection (brand protection software), Stream (communication software) and now iDWELL (software for property management). The investment in iDWELL is one of the last investments from Knight Capital’s second fund. We expect to launch 𝗞𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗜𝗜 soon. 🔗 Learn more about why we invested in iDWELL: https://lnkd.in/eP-vUvBG
