Together with Euroconsumers’ member organizations— Altroconsumo (Italy), DECO PROteste (Portugal), OCU (Spain), and Testachats / Testaankoop (Belgium)—this initiative calls on governments to provide scam victims with a centralized lifeline for support, guidance, and recovery.
