Finance is not sexy; or is it? We had the chance to showcase in Lisbon to a few founders and freelancers the Super-App that’s gonna change the game. We get this a lot; finance is hard, I leave it to my accountant, but I hate it. I don’t understand how to use them; my co-founder is the finance person etc. The tools don't scale; I have so many; so expensive … The reality is that no one looks into finance because of the barrier, because most products overcomplicate things; they are not meant or designed for everyone; they are not designed to cater the new generation of startups It’s old tech; most created 25 years ago; with different companies; different markets; needs and founders It’s like running iOS 1.0 on your iPhone 16 who does that? Yes, we have compliance, tax, and rules here and there. That’s not a problem for a solution that’s global, and thinking about that from day one. Finance shouldn’t be hard to understand, use, or even enjoy. Yes, some people enjoy finance; this is how; You save money by having a good understanding, meaning more cash in the bank You can prevent from burning more than you need You can find opportunities where you never thought there would be Gives you control over your company; cash is king And a Super App like EvryThink will help you save the most valuable resource time. This also translates to money; less accounting fees; and lower cost as you can delay hiring a CFO; and when you do; you can run leaner finance teams It’s gonna change the game, and I will tell you “told you so.” #startup #websummit #fintech

The future of tech startups isn’t about chasing unicorn status anymore, because the days of burning cash for hyper-growth are numbered. In today’s startup landscape, focusing on profitability and sustainability is the new game plan. Remote work, lean operations, and alternative funding models are reshaping how founders build our companies. Why I belive the old model is outdated: “Growth at all costs” isn’t cutting it anymore—investors want profitability. Remote work is reducing overhead and opening up access to global talent. VC funding is no longer the only path to success, with founders opting for revenue-based financing and bootstrapping. What’s I think it’s coming next: Smarter, leaner operations that prioritize efficiency. Especially in the US Profitability over hype, with cash flow management tools like EvryThink playing a critical role. A focus on ESG and sustainability, attracting customers and investors alike. … it’s about building resilient, profitable businesses that last

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 EvryThink 𝗱𝗼? The financial management journey of a startup/SME usually goes like this: 1. Spreadsheets 2. Bookkeeping software 3. Planning software 4. CFO or finance team hire 5. Set the right tools in place 6. Get real financial insights ...and that's because finances can be complicated, time-consuming, and overwhelming. Especially for founders But, if we could compress this process into one single step? That's what EvryThink does. #evrythink

On Friday we released the fist version of the planning MVP - now in closed Beta. For those interested on taking part of the beta, visit our website.

I've been working on this with Ramon Sanchez and it's shaping really good. Yesterday evening I created this short video demo of EvryThink, thought on sharing. This is a finance tool designed for early stage startups, SMEs and freelancers. The video shows the first version MVP out of the oven, the planning module only, and currently in closed beta. Still, a lot of work to do, but it's looking and working amazing. We are open to early adopters, founders, entrepreneurs or freelancest, in exchange they'll have lifetime access to all present and future features. So if you are one of the 10 people reading this posts, and you know any founder, freelancer or entrepreneur struggling to understand their finances, this is for them. Note: needless to say the demo has dummy data. We do not employ Elon Musk or Mark Zuckerberg 😎 #startups #finance #planing #MVP
