eduScrum®

The eduScrum approach fosters soft skills development by structuring learning around teamwork, communication, and iterative problem-solving. In EduScrum, students work in small, self-organized teams to tackle projects with set goals and deadlines. This setup enhances communication skills as students must clearly express ideas, actively listen, and give constructive feedback. The iterative nature of the process, with regular "sprints" and reviews, encourages adaptability and resilience as students learn to handle feedback and make improvements. Moreover, by allowing students to take responsibility for their roles and collectively make decisions, eduScrum promotes leadership, accountability, and collaboration. The reflective component, where students assess both their own and their team’s performance, further deepens self-awareness and fosters a growth mindset—critical elements for developing effective interpersonal skills in both academic and professional contexts. In collaboration with Konstantinos Petridis, the ISEP Seminars in Innovative Pedagogies (Carla Pinto) we host in EVE IMPACT COIL in Soft & Digital Skills, Willy Wijnands and Kristina Fritsch this Tuesday, 5th of November at 1500 CET to interact with our students and cultivate their soft skills through the innovative approach of eduScrum. 🌟 Już tydzień minął od ukończenia szkolenia EduScrum Master! 🌟 Miałam zaszczyt i przyjemność uczestniczyć w tym inspirującym kursie eduScrum®. Dzięki EduScrum nauczyłam się, jak efektywnie łączyć metodyki Scrum z procesem edukacyjnym - obie jakże bliskie mi dziedziny. Wkrótce zaczynam kolejną serię warsztatów architektonicznych dla dzieci i z pewnością wykorzystam to, czego się nauczyłam. Chciałabym serdecznie podziękować wszystkim trenerom Marta Orbitowska, Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez i uczestnikom za wspólną pracę i wymianę doświadczeń. 🌟 It’s been a week since I completed the EduScrum Master training! 🌟 I had the honor and pleasure of participating in this inspiring course eduScrum®. Thanks to EduScrum, I learned how to effectively combine Scrum methodologies with the educational process - both fields that are very close to my heart. Soon, I will start another series of architectural workshops for children and I will definitely use what I have learned.
