Geen ZZP-boetes bij schijnzelfstandigheid in 2025 - Vandaag is de aangepaste versie van het Handhavingsplan Arbeidsrelaties 2025 gepubliceerd. Hierin wordt uitvoering gegeven aan de Motie Flach/Aartsen (aangenomen door de Tweede Kamer in oktober 2024) die het Kabinet oproept tot een ‘zachte landing in 2025’ bij de handhaving bij ZZP-ers. Het meest opvallende punt is dat de Belastingdienst in het Handhavingsplan aangeeft in 2025 wel te gaan corrigeren als dat nodig blijkt, maar toezegt daarbij geen vergrijp- of verzuimboetes te zullen gaan opleggen. Dit lijkt overigens alleen te gelden als de betrokken partijen wel concreet met de kwalificatie van de arbeidsrelatie bezig zijn. Doet u niets, dan loopt u mogelijk toch nog steeds een boeterisico. 2025 Salary Thresholds for 30%-Ruling Announced! As of 2025, the minimum gross annual salary required for eligibility under the 30%-ruling is set at €46,660. For employees under 30 holding a master’s degree from a Dutch university or equivalent foreign institution, a lower threshold of €35,468 applies. This represents only a slight increase over the 2024 salary threshold. Questions? De Europese Commissie houdt een publieke consultatie omtrent Richtlijn 2011/16/EU. Op 29 juli 2024 hebben onze collega’s Taco Wiertsema & Roemer Schimmelpenningh namens Atlas Fiscalisten gereageerd op deze consultatie.
